Former 'High School Musical' actor Zac Efron was spotted leaving Michelle Rodriguez's house in Venice Beach, Los Angeles last Sunday.

E! News reported that the 26-year-old actor has been having "sleepovers" since Thursday last week. Apparently, rumors surrounding the couple suggest that the two have been steadily dating, but are not seriously committed yet.

Dressed in a comfortable shirt covered with a tiger-printed brown jacket, a pair of jeans and canvas shoes, Zac left Michelle's place after a garden party with a group of friends that included Robert Pattinson, a source from E! News detailed.

The pair was also seen bonding on a yacht cruise following a party in Sardinia hosted by businessman Gianluca Vacchi. Their May-December love affair quickly escalated due to a mutual understanding and common perceptions.

Us Weekly reported, "They have a lot to talk about, a lot in common. They're having fun and it's deeper than a friends-with-benefits situation. I don't know what their long-term plans are, but they're close and I think they'll make effort to spend more time with each other over the coming months."

In the same manner, an insider for E! News revealed that though Zac and Michelle's relationship still has to go through the dating process, both actors are happy and content and prefer not to take it too seriously:

"Michelle is super-cool and laid-back and Zac has always been attracted to her because of that. She's one of those people that everyone likes, she just gets on with all kinds of people and doesn't take the fame thing too seriously." added the insider.
