Zac Efron, Lily Collins Holding Hands at Disneyland / Post-Rehab Actor Dating Former Girlfriend, "Mortal Instruments" Actress

Does Zac Efron have a new [old] girlfriend and is it Lily Collins? A fan of the Disney star captured a photo of Efron and Collins holding hands while on a trip to...California's Disneyland.

Just two week's ago the two were seen coming out of a Hollywood movie theater on October 11, according to E! Online.

The fresh out of rehab Efron, and the Mortal Instruments actress were first reported to have a little fling going back in 2012.

Is Lily Collins a good match for Efron? Could she help him recover now that he's in the post-rehab portion of his life. A source told Perez Hilton, the answer is yes.

"Lily is the perfect girl for Zac to be dating right now. She's young, gorgeous and smart - but more than anything, she doesn't drink or use drugs. Zac knows if he wants to save his career and his life, he needs to stay sober and it's making his transition a lot easier to be dating someone like Lily," the source reveals.

Disneyland seems like a good, drug-free place to rekindle an old flame. Holding hands is nice clean fun. Hopefully the two keep it that way!
