Xbox One vs. Playstation 4: PS4 Wins Specs Battle, Which New Console Will You Buy In 2013?

Microsoft revealed it's upcoming 2013 console, the Xbox One. Not only will the new console have updated graphics and games, Microsoft is hoping it will be the users main entertainment hub. The all-in-one machine let's you watch television, movies, listen to music, surf the Web...and play video games of course. Many of the Xbox One features can be controlled by voice commands as well.

Microsoft has also worked out deal with the NFL, letting the console play real-time games, view stats and watch highlights. It's basically a mini ESPN too.

Microsoft has yet to announce a price or release date but did confirm the Xbox One would be out later in 2013.

Sony leaked a few rumors about the Playstation 4 back in February but is yet to reveal the new console at any events.

Like the new Xbox One the PS4 will boast an 8-core x 86 processor, 8GB RAM, a Blu-ray drive, and a holiday 2013 release date.

Both systems will have updated controllers as well. Sony's patented DualShock 4 has more responsive triggers, a speaker, and bowl shaped thumb stick pads. At the top of the PS4 controller there's a "share" button for users to chat in real-time about the games they're playing.

The new Xbox One controller is a little smaller and easier to grip. The biggest change to the Xbox One controller is the new directional pad. Instead of the swivel compass from the 360, the new controller has a more conventional ["Nintendo"] D-pad.

Which console will you buy in 2013? The Xbox One or the Playstation 4.
