Microsoft announced this week Xbox Live games will have major discounts of up to 93 percent off.

The deal, called The Xbox Live Ultimate Games Sale is offering 13 titles at various discounts until Feb. 25.

The following titles will be discounted in on Xbox Live Games on Demand: Asura's Wrath (70 percent off), Batman: Arkham City (75 percent off), Dirt 3 (80 percent off), Driver San Francisco (67 percent off), Mass Effect (75 percent off), Fable 3 (50 percent off), and Portal 2 (67 percent off).

These games will be discounted on Xbox Live Arcade: Alan Wake's American Nightmare (81 percent off), Dungeons and Dragons Daggerdale (80 percent off), Dust: An Elysian Tail (80 percent off), Motocross Madness (80 percent off), Rock Band Blitz (73 percent off), and Guardians of Middle Earth (93 percent off).

Polygon reported that these following titles will be discounted until Feb. 24.

For Xbox Live Games on Demand: Angry Birds: Star Wars (50 percent off), Dragon Ball Z Ultimate Tenkaichi (67 percent off), Family Guy: Back To The Multiverse (75 percent off), NASCAR Inside Line (75 percent off), Persona 4 Arena (67 percent off), and Ridge Racer Unbounded and four of its DLC packs (75 percent off)

Ryse: Son of Rome on Xbox One will be 33 percent off.
