Will Ferrell (Ron Burgundy, Anchorman 2) ESPN 'Sportscenter' Appearance cancelled, But Posted His Peyton Manning Interview FUNNY, Watch Here (VIDEO) 

Will Ferrell was supposed to co-anchor the 6pm Sportscenter tonight (Dec 5), however with breaking news coming in today on the Jameis Winston this afternoon, they have cancelled his appearance. The Florida State Attorney's office will hold a news conference Thursday at 2 p.m. ET on the sexual assault allegations leveled at college quarterback 

"Ron Burgundy's scheduled Thurs. appearance on @SportsCenter has been cancelled in light of the potential implications of any news from the State Attorney's press conference in Fla.," said ESPN's director of communications David Scott in a statement on Twitter. "As of this time, there is no reschedule date for Ron Burgundy."

David Koechner, who plays Champ Kind from Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues  was supposed to join Ferrell as well. 

While many fans are bummed about the news, ESPN has at least posted a piece of the interview between Ron Burgundy and Denver Broncos quarterback, Peyton Manning. The interview is pretty entertaining and hopefully they will post the full interview soon (watch clip above. 

Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues is set to hit theaters on December 18th in the U.S.
