Engineers have been improving on robots for years and designing them to keep getting better for a variety of tasks. 

The Wildcat is a new robot be developed and tested by Boston Dynamics with funding from DARPA's M3 program. 

WildCat is a four-legged robot being developed to run fast on all types of terrain. 

The WildCat has run up to 16 mph on flat terrain using bounding and galloping gaits.
