This week Nintendo has a number of new games in the eShop for the Wii U and 3DS.

For the Wii U, some of the top games of the week are The LEGO Movie Video Game, Percy's Predicament, and Ninja Gaiden.

The LEGO Movie Video Game is based on the actual Lego Movie that is now out. 90 characters are available in the film based on all the franchises in the series. Percy's Predicament is an original downloadable game, and is only $5.99. Ninja Gaiden is a port of the classic NES game, and is only $4.99. 

According to IGN, one of the top 3DS games is Bravely Default. It is being heralded as the first major handheld game of 2014, and is similar to Final Fantasy, which makes sense because it is also made by Square Enix.

Two other games are One Piece: Romance Dawn and also The LEGO Movie Video Game. One Piece is based off a popular Japanese anime. 

As far as downloadable content for the 3DS, one of the hottest games out now is Retro City Rampage DX for $9.99. In a way it is essentially an 8-bit Grand Theft Auto. 

IGN also listed a bunch of indie games that are currently on sale on the eShop. Toki Tori 2+, Spin the Bottle, Runner2, Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams, and Mighty Switch Force: Hyper Drive Edition are 60% once one of those games by itself are purchased. That deal runs until next week.
