The Governor Makes His Return on "The Walking Dead" Season 4 Episode 5  "Internment"

This week's episode of The Walking Dead Hershel is still playing doctor to those who are infected by the virus in cell block A. Despite their deteriorating health, Sasha and Glenn work alongside Hershel nursing the infected by giving them elderberry tea, IV drips, and bag-valve masks, but their efforts are just not enough as people begin to drop like flies from the virus.

With Sasha collapsed on the floor and Glenn coughing up blood Hershel becomes discouraged and is forced to drive a knife in one his patient's skulls after they ran out of their cell and into a wall.

Maggie is trying to tame the mass of walkers outside the fence. Rick pulls up and tries to reinforce the fence with log poles, but the walkers eventually break through.

While reviving Sasha, Hershel lets another patient die and turn, but his decision quickly comes back and bites him. The patient who turned attacks Hershel, another man in a nearby cell with his son comes to Hershel's aid, but he is bitten by his son. With so many walkers on the loose, it's clear that if Hershel dies everyone else in the Prison camp will die too.

Daryl, Michonne, Tyreese and Bob with the medicine finally make it back with the medicine giving Hershel a chance to take a break, but he has a mental break down while attempting to read pages of the bible.

Tyreese checks on Sasha, Bob gives Glenn some medicine, and Michonne is cleaning up walker corpses in the courtyard. Things seem to be taking a turn for the better until Rick is seen breaking open a stalk of peas to share with his son. The camera pans over to a man watching Rick from outside the fence. He turns sideways revealing a black eye patch, which belongs to no one other than the Governor.
