Here is a video of Christian singer and current American Idol contestant (Season 12) Angie Miller performing Phillip Phillips song, "Home".

Phillips won last season of American Idol and became close friends with fellow Season 11 contestant and Christian singer, Colton Dixon.  

On this season of American Idol on Fox, contestant Angie Miller has shown her respect to American Idol alum Colton Dixon by performing his song, "Never Gone" a few weeks back.  Miller received high praise from the judges for her piano style arrangement of the Colton Dixon song and the fans were buzzing on social media.  

Angie Miller has seemed to thrive when she performs from the piano.  Her breakout performance early on in the competition was when she took the risk and performed one of her original songs "You Set Me Free".  Singing the song from her piano wowed the crowd and judges and she has been a front runner favorite ever since.  The girls this year (Season 12) are definitely the favorites to take the crown this year.  

Since they have began the Top 10 with 5 guys and 5 girls, 2 guys have already been sent home with 0 girls exiting yet.  Kree Harrison and Candice Glover are the main competition with Miller at this time for the top spot on Idol.  As we have seen in the past though, things can take a dramatic change at any week on American Idol.  

We will have to see what happens this week to see who makes it into the Top 7.
