‘Warcraft' Release Date, Plot Spoilers, Cast News: Photos Show Logo, Weapons, Premiere Date March 2016

Legendary Pictures has just released the movie logo for the film adaptation of 'Warcraft' during the San Diego Comic-Con 2014 in July. The production team, headed by director Duncan Jones, also revealed weapons almost two years shy of the film's release date in 2016.

The film stars Ben Foster, Travis Fimmel, Paula Patton, Toby Kebbell, Rob Kazinsky, Dominic Cooper, Daniel Wu and Clancy Brown.

It is expected to have the biggest budget from a video game to film adaptation. Some of the weapons include the Doomhammer, the Dragon Sword, and the Lion Shield.

In one of his interviews, Foster said:

"What's exciting about Duncan Jones' take on this video game is that it shows both sides of the war. It shows both sides of a conflict, which is exciting to me. It's not just a video game turned into a movie. It's asking, hopefully, an important question of, where do we limit our compassion for what we consider to be the bad guys?"

It should be interesting to see how the fans choose who they will be rooting for in the film. Gamers of the popular MMORPG 'World of Warcraft' will surely be lining up to buy tickets to support either the Horde or the Alliance when the film debuts.

'Warcraft' will premiere in cinemas worldwide on March 11, 2016.
