The Voice: Josiah Hawley Performs "Clocks" By Coldplay on Top 10 NBC
"The Voice" is back on NBC tonight with the Live Rounds for the Final 10.
Josiah Hawley performed "Clocks" by Coldplay tonight for votes to get him into the Top 8 next week.
The performance was slightly underwhelming. It was pretty dead on pitch wise, but it wasn't a "wow" performance and he didn't seem to share too much emotion. Songs like "Clocks" are hard to cover because Chris Martin has such a distinct voice and delivery and it is hard to hear something different with it.
After her performance, Judge Adam said, "That song is hard. Sometimes you felt like you were uncomfortable and sometimes it felt you were really comfortable."
Judge Blake said, "I like to be sold on a lyric and that song is has a lot of empty spots."
Going into tonight, Team Usher had 2 singers left, Team Adam had 3 singers left, Team Blake had 3 singers left and Team Shakira had 2 singers left.
Ceelo Green, who was a judge Seasons 1-3, was back to help Team Shakira and give his insight for their performances.
Tune in tomorrow for night to see who gets eliminated and who makes it into the Top 8 for the Live Rounds next week on NBC.
