The Voice 2013: The Swon Brothers Sing "Fishin' in the Dark" by The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band / 'Voice' Judges Impressed [VIDEO]

The Voice 2013 is back. This time around Voice judges Shakira and Blake's teams are in the hot seats. If you've been following The Voice 2013 you know it's live playoff time.

Blake Shelton urged his singers to bring their personality to the stage, because that's what will connect with America, and win them the show. The consummate mentor that Shelton really is, he took his team to karaoke bar for some group training. Opening the show, Blake Shelton and Co. sang "Boondocks". Cheesy but classic The Voice.

Garret Gardner was the first on stage for Team Shakira. Gardner's coach, Shakira chose post-Beatles classic "Imagine". Shakira felt Gardner is strongest behind a piano. Instead of the slow olive branch tempo of Lennon's arrangement, Gardner turned the song into a rock anthem.

The judges showered Garret with praise. At one point in his critique Blake Shelton even called Gardner a "beast" and appreciated his good looks. Team Blake is up next. Holly Tucker nailed her rendition of Trisha Yearwood's "How Do I Live Without You". Holly did it better than the original. With an incredible sense of power and control, Holly is a clear favorite to win The Voice season 4.

One decent Bruno Mars cover later, The Swon Brothers took the stage. These boys are a good time. It wasn't something too strenuous or over the top, just good vibes all around. Regardless of how they fare on the show The Swon brothers have a long career ahead of them.
