'The Voice' 2013 Season 4: Top 12 Live Performance Tonight / Josiah Hawley Interview [VIDEO]
The Voice 2013 Season 4 rolls along with the first of the Top 12 performances tonight. From now on two singers will be eliminated every week. That means Voice 2013 judges Blake Shelton, Shakira, Usher and Adam Levine will need to up their level of coaching from here on out.
On last week's The Voice, Team Blake showed their country flare and America approved. Acts like The Swon Brothers and aspiring Taylor Swift, Danielle Bradberry showed why they chose Blake Shelton as their judge.
Shakira chose a different route for her team. Shakira has a few weapons in the ghostly Garret Gardner [who deserves a role on American Horror Story], former Alicia Keys backing vocalist Sasha Allen, and falsetto-friendly Kris Thomas.
Usher also has a few tricks up his sleeve. In a surprise save Usher decided to eliminate Cathia (whom he originally stole from Shakira) instead opting for Josiah. The Voice 2013 favorite Michelle Chamuel beat out the likeable Vedo for a spot on the R&B star's team.
Adam Levine can't get enough of the ladies this year. His all-girl team consists of Amber Carrington, Judith Hill and Sarah Simmons. Adam's team is full of strong personalities, but the voices seem to be lacking. Who knows? It's all about song choice and if Voice mentor Adam can find the right songs for each girl's range, his team could be a threat.
Tune in for the Top 12 performance episoe of The Voice 2013 Season 4 which airs on NBC at 8/7.
