The Voice 2013 Season 4: Top 10 Song Spoilers...Josiah Hawley Singing "Clocks" by Coldplay?
It's the Top 10 performance episode on The Voice tonight. Team Shakira and Team Usher lost a contestant last week [Garrett Gardner, Vedo respectively] and will push their teams even harder to not make the same mistake this week. Here's The Voice Season 4 Top 10 song spoilers for tonight's show.
Team Adam's Amber Carrington will attempt AmericanIdol alum Kelly Clarkson's first single "Breakaway". Ironically enough Clarkson is a guest mentor on rival singing competition The Voice.
The next Taylor Swift, Danielle Bradbery will stay in the country vein and sing the timeless Jo Dee Messina tune "Heads Carolina, Tails California".
Also on Team Blake, Holly Tucker's going for the Christian vote singing "How Great Thou Art". Everyone from Elvis to Carrie Underwood has covered this hymn. Those are some big shoes to fill. Luckily Tucker's got a big voice.
Josiah Hawley [Team Usher] is the first risky song choice. Josiah's stepping out of his country comfort and singing "Clocks" by Coldplay. Let's see if he can wrap that drawl around some of Chris Martin's falsetto notes. I don't know what Usher was thinking, but this song choice has elimination written all over it.
Team Adam's Judith Hill is singing one of my Michael Jackson favorites, "The Way You Make Me Feel". As long as Judith doesn't try to moonwalk across the stage we should be fine.
Shakira was right on the money picking Miguel's "Adorn" for Kris Thomas. The singer has the look, attitude and falsetto to match Miguel. Decisionbueno Shakira!
It seems like every episode somebody covers a Pink song. Michelle Chamuel from Team Usher is that contestant tonight. Chamuel is singing "Just Give Me A Reason".
Rounding out tonight's Top 10 episode of the Voice is Team Adam's Sarah Simmons singing "Mamma Knows Best By Jessie J, Team Shakira's Sasha Allan singing "Next to Me" by Emile Sande, and Team Blake's The Swon Brothers singing "How Country Feels" by Randy Houser.
Tune in for tonight' tonight's The Voice 2013 episode on NBC at 8/7c.
