'The Voice' 2013 Season 4: Top 10 Revealed Tonight / Team Shakira's Sasha Allen, Team Adam's Judith Hill 'Voice' 2013 Favorites [VIDEO]

Right when The Voice was poised to be the obviously classier version of American Idol, the air conditioner breaks. It was a sweaty Top 12 performance episode on The Voice last night, to say the least. Out of the 12 singers, the two [regardless of team] with the fewest votes will be sent home. It was a night full of talent, which is good for Voice fans, not for singers who didn't bring their "A" game.

Team Usher struggled a little bit. Though Michelle Chamuel's version of "Call Your Girlfriend" by Robyn was infectious and lively, her voice was off pitch several times in the song. The backing band [background vocals] were almost as important to the song as her own voice. Vedo sweated out "Rock With You" by Michael Jackson. Again, Vedo's stage presence was phenomenal [a la sweet dance moves], but his vocals felt like he was reaching for a note that wasn't there. Last for Team Usher, Josiah Hawley did what he does best: wow the ladies. His rendition of "The Man That Can't Be Moved" by The Script checked every box but didn't blow me away. Usher compared Hawley to a "young Adam" Levine.

Team Shakira didn't fare too much better. Voice 2013 favorite Sasha Allen delivered another show-stopping performance singing "Alone" by Heart. There's really nothing other to say than "get this girl to the finale episode." Kris Thomas continued to choose songs and singers that are just flat out better than him. The falsetto guru struggled a bit with his take on The Jackson Five's "I'll Be There." I hope he sticks around but he may get the boot. 17-year old Garret Gardner butchered "I Want It That Way" by the Backstreet Boys. Sure the kid's young, but he's terribly overmatched in this year's The Voice.

Team Adam also has a season 4 favorite in Judith Hill, who sang "You've Got a Friend." Hill's performance was simple yet elegant. Taking a page out of Angie Miller's book, Hill played piano during the song and proved why she's ready to win the competition. Sarah Simmons' take on Brandi Carlile's "The Story" was another strong performance. No doubt she'll make it to the Top 10. Amber Carrington took on Nashville classic "I'm Gonna Love You Through It" and dedicated the song to her mother who died of cancer. It was a moving tribute that earned standing ovations from the crowd.

Team Blake brought the country, as only Blake Shelton knows how. Holly Tucker took on another Martina McBride classic, "Broken Wing." Though she may lack a little in stage presence, Tucker has one of the strongest voices in the competition. The youngest singer on this season's The Voice, Danielle Bradbery wowed the audience with Carrie Underwood's "Wasted." Way to go Blake, pick a song about drinking for the girl who can't legally drink alcohol. Camp-fire cover band The Swonn Brothers sang "Who's Gonna Fill Their Shoes" for the late, great George Jones. It was the duo's best performance thus far.

Tune in for tonight's The Voice 2013 episode to see who stays and who goes.
