'The Voice' 2013 Season 4: Garrett Gardner and Vedo Eliminated, Top 12 Becomes Top 10 / Team Blake and Team Adam Have the Edge [VIDEO]
The Voice 2013 Season 4 said goodbye to Garrett Gardner and Vedo last night. The two singers received the least amount of votes after Monday's performance episode, and were ultimately sent home.
Country-brother duo The Swon Brothers and falsetto-friendly Kris Thomas were in the Top 2 "saved" singers, and will continue to the Top 10 episode next week. The Voice is finally heating up and so far judges Blake Shelton and Team Adam Levine have the edge.
That means Team Usher and Team Shakira will have to mentor their remaining singers to stardom. Usher seems like the first judge to be eliminated. As for Usher's remaining team, Josiah Hawley is "cute" but I'm afraid he doesn't have "the voice" to stay on the show too much longer. Michelle Chamuel needs to return to the singer she was in the blind auditions, when Usher chose her at the beginning of the season.
Here's a recap of last night's The Voice. The 12 singers now become 10.
Team Adam: Sarah Simmons, Judith Hill, Amber Carrington
Team Blake: The Swon Brothers, Danielle Bradbery, Holly Tucker
Team Shakira: Kris Thomas, Sasha Allen
Team Usher: Josiah Hawley, Michelle Chamuel
This week's special guests included Robin Thicke, [who was uncontrollably sweating due to the show's A/C problem], Lady Antebellum [lead singer Hillary Scott is also a Voice mentor], and Pharell Williams [who co-produced Daft Punk's new record Random Access Memories].
Tune in for the Top 10 episode of The Voice 2013 Season 4. Who do you want to win?
...please don't say the Swon Brothers.
