Vampire Diaries Season 4 Finale Wows Audience, Finale Episode Recap, Season 4 Episode Guide
The Vampire Diaries season 4 finales was definitely one to be remembered. Julie Plec, the executive producer of The Vampire Diaries, said that she wanted to treat this season finale like a series finale. They definitely did that and more when The Vampire Diaries Season 4 came to a close this past May.
Spoilers:
All of our favorite characters were in full force during the Vampire Diaries Season 4 finale. Kol lead a charge of the dead from the recent massacre. He gave a rousing speech that made not just the vampires, but everyone watching want to make this graduation day one to remember.
Stefan and Lexi had a celebration of their own, partying for Stefan's graduation in the Vampire Diaries Season 4 finale. Soon, afterwards, we see fan-favorite Bonnie calling Caroline with some advice. There's some back and forth about graduation plans, whether or not to tell your friends that you're actually dead. You know, typically teenage romance-type stuff, right?
Cut to the end, we see a few big brawls in the Vampire Diaries Season 4 Finale. Katherine and Elena are throwing down on each other, both seaming to place the blame for their situation squarely on the backs of one another. Even though Katherine apparently wins (by way of knife to the neck. ouch!), Elana gets the last laugh, shoving the vampirism cure in Katherine's mouth. Twist! So, I guess that she's human now? But isn't that what they wanted? I never know anymore.
The end was pretty brutal. Stefan and Silas fought, talked about "shadow selves" and dopplegangers, and stuff got real. Eventually, Silas ran a stake through Stefan's gut, threw him in a safe, and shoved him down a quarry. Oh, by the way, did we mention that the safe filled up with water? Oh yeah, and Stefan took some sort of 2,000 year immortatlity potion, so he'll be in there for a while. Cold.
Well, there's a ton of stuff to think about this summer. What did you think of the finale? Were you surprised by anything? Who do you want to see more of in the Vampire Diaries Season 5?
