'True Blood’ Season 7 Spoilers: Final Season is All About Love
Promo videos for the seventh episode of the final season were released before the air date giving the viewers an idea of what will happen to the show's key characters such as Eric and Pam.
In a previous episode, Sarah's hep-V antics at Governor Burrell's vamp camp has both affected the owners of TruBlood and Fangtasia. Although Mr. Gus seeks revenge, he agrees to let Eric kill Sarah if he could get a hold of her body.
A promo video for the series' seventh episode entitled "May Be The Last Time," was released ahead of the August 3 airing.
The video showed a robed Pam asking Eric "Do you want to die?" to which Eric answered breathlessly after exerting himself, "I want to kill Sarah Newlin, that's why we came back, remember?"
Pam disagrees and forgets about their original plan. She is now more concerned with her maker's life. She reasons that Sarah Newlin is the antidote and that Newlin can heal him.
Brian Buckner, the series' executive producer, revealed that the seventh season will be about the strong bonds between the recurring characters. He said the season is about the love shared among the characters.
"I think we've really given these people their due. It's our last season ... this season had to be about Bill and Sookie. It's not going to be exactly what you think it is, but Alcide had to go," Buckner said.
Buckner assured that even though the series is nearing its end, it still has lots of surprises in store for its fans.
'True Blood' fans can expect the return of Hoyt, Jason's old best friend and Jessica's ex-boyfriend, to Bon Temps. The hit supernatural drama series, airs every Sunday at 9 pm. on HBO
