'True Blood' Season 6 is back Tonight with Season Premiere on HBO
The hit series "True Blood" is back tonight on HBO with the series premiere for Season 6.
It has been 10 months since last season and HBO2 started a Season 5 marathon of every episode at 9am Eastern this morning leading up to the premiere tonight.
This season is predicted to be "darker' then others.
"There are a lot of surprises in store," confirmed new cast member Amelia Rose Blaire, who plays Willa Burrell, the anti-vampire governor's daughter. "It's very unpredictable, so get ready for some shockers!"
"A war has broken out that's made everybody unpredictable," she added. "I think everybody is a threat in some way."
If you need a couple refreshers on what is going on, here is a quick recap. Bill explodes into goo and then rises up from the blood, appearing to be Bilith now.
Nora, Jessica, Pam, Tara and Jason are trying to find their way out of being trapped in the Authority.
The humans now know that the Authority is keeping "human livestock" and suspect other supernatural creatures being there, due to Luna.
It would be safe to say that the war between the vamps and the humans is in full force now.
We will see Alcide be the new pack master.
Andy is now a dad, four times.
The vampire, Warlow, that killed Sookie and Jason's parents is now coming for her.
Eric has officially killed Russel.
And Terry and Arlene can now live in peace and happiness again since he killed Patrick.
If none of this makes sense, you probably have not caught up with the show.
Season 6 premieres tonight 9pm EST on HBO.
