Titanfall Release Date Glitches Plague Xbox One and Windows PC; EA Offers Support Help (VIDEO)

With the recent release of Titanfall, there are users who are already experiencing problems with the game and EA has posted a help page full of solutions to try and work out beleaguered gamer's questions.

The company said they are aware of a number of glitches for the Xbox One and Windows PC, and are working to fix them, reported Polygon. On the updated site, it lists the primary problems as connection errors, installation issues, and crashes.

Users also experienced problems logging on to Xbox One yesterday, which company executive Larry Hryb said was unrelated to Titanfall.

Just in time for its release, the Xbox One Titanfall bundle dropped from $500 to $474.99.

However, the $25 price drop is only available after texting "MSHS" to 29502. Upon doing so, a special code will be sent to the user. The bundle is available in the U.S., Australia, and the UK.

There is also another promotion currently running in GameStop. A gamer can trade in any console and put it toward a Titanfall bundle to get an extra 50 percent store credit, reported the Christian Post. 30 percent can be taken off the game if the game is reserved up until March 23.??Titanfall's release was canceled in South Africa because of the poor performance occurring in the country during the beta testing stage, announced EA early this morning.

"After conducting recent online tests for Titanfall, we found that the performance rates in South Africa were not as high as we need to guarantee a great experience, so we have decided not to release Titanfall in South Africa at this time," a Facebook post by EA said. "We understand this is a disappointment for local fans and will keep fans posted on any future plans regarding the release of Titanfall in South Africa."
