Tim Tebow News: Foundation Helps Feed 2500 Orphan Children Living in Haiti

In latest Tim Tebow news, the former QB and his organization, the Tim Tebow Foundation, are helping feed at least 2500 orphaned children living in Haiti.

On Tim Tebow Foundation's website, it says that if a donor gives at least $18, then one child would be able to have three meals a day consisting of fish, chicken, eggs, rice, beans or grains. All the proceeds received by Tebow's organization would go to the Haitian orphans thanks to generous support potential donors.

On his organization's website, Tebow explains why his company helps kids in need across the globe.

"This foundation and all of our outreach initiatives were primarily created to show God's love to children around the world. I encourage you to explore this site and see how we have been able to accomplish our mission through God's blessings and the support of our generous donors and partners. We hope that you will consider joining our team through prayer and financial support. Together we can make a difference! God Bless," said Tebow in a letter on his organization's website.

Tebow also revealed how growing up with missionary parents, who were passionate about sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ, still has a major impact in his life today.

"From a very early age, my parents instilled in me the importance of God's word, the salvation we have in His Son Jesus and the responsibility we have to give back to others. That's why in 2010, I was so excited to create the Tim Tebow Foundation with a mission to bring Faith, Hope and Love to those needing a brighter day in their darkest hour of need," said Tebow.
