Third Day "Miracle" Album & Tour Updates with Colton Dixon & Josh Wilson 2013

Christian Rock band, Third Day have been promoting their new "Miracle Tour" since early February with special guests Colton Dixon and Josh Wilson.

The band is known for their tours around the country and getting fans all wired up for a night full of Christian Rock. So far the tour has hit over 30+ states and have already had eight shows that got them the most downloaded songs in the past month.

The tour is featuring songs from many Third Day records including their new album Miracle. Their eleventh studio album, Miracle was released last November and hit number one on the US Christian AC Indicator(Billboard), Hot Christian Adult Contemporary, and Hot Christian songs Billboard charts.

From the 20 year musical career the band has inspired many by having lyrics of inspiration and faith. "I need a Miracle" is the debut single off the album and is by far the most crucial song to the whole piece. The song/album is about various situations about how men and women find hope, comfort and inspiration in music during the moments of heartache.

"Well no matter who you are or who you become, there will always be a time when you cant make it on your own. The hope in knowing that the Lord is always with us and able to help is always a great encouragement. In this song, playing its part in helping is knowing that we are never alone in our despair." stated lead singer Mac.

Colton Dixon released his debut album, A Messenger in January.  Dixon rose to fame on Season 11 of American Idol where he made it into the Top 7 and was a fan favorite.

Josh Wilson just released his new album, Carry Me on April 9th and is an incredible guitarist and songwriter.

The tour is being sponsored by Christian humanitarianism organization, World Vision and Grand Canyon University. With already more then 30 dates covered the tours 50+ state headliner has fans and the band itself  believing its ones of their best tours yet.

"We have toured for so many years and  I feel like we owe any success to we have to the fans that built us. These songs are all encouraging musically and lyrically; we worked hard to stretch ourselves for the people who come to our shows and buy our music. We poured so much into this album because we wanted to give the fans our very best," stated Carr, band member of Third Day.

The tour will continue to share the inspiration of Christ until May 10 of this spring.
