In 'The Walking Dead' Season 5 Episode 8 titled "Coda," views will see both Beth Greene (Emily Kinney) and Carol Peletier (Melissa McBride) admitted in the Grady Memorial Hospital and Carol is in pretty bad shape. Meanwhile, Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus) and other people will be ready to take on the hospital staff, but the question is whether Daryl will succeed in saving Beth and Carol.

A promo of the upcoming mid-season finale of 'The Walking Dead' shows that Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) and his team are in the hospital to rescue Carol and Beth, but their task is unlikely to be an easy one. The video clip shows Daryl in the role of a sniper on the rooftop of a building, while Rick is busy dealing with the cops.

According to IBTimes, plenty is at stake for Daryl as both his favorite ladies are in peril.

Recently, Reedus talked to Yahoo! TV regarding the upcoming episode of the series, the romance with Carol and Beth and his character. He said that his character Daryl Dixon has been changing somewhat with each new season - from a "lone-wolf type of a guy" he has turned into a person who "looks you directly in the eye, and he means what he says."

During the interview, Reedus said, "Those two ladies mean so much to Daryl. I think those two females symbolize so much for him - a hope, and a friendship, and compassion. And he probably doesn't even realize what that means. I know that everyone's trying to set Daryl up with someone."

According to Reedus, the stakes are definitely very high for Daryl "and he'll do anything to get his two girls back."

Reedus claimed that 'The Walking Dead' Season 5 Episode 8 will be entirely different from the Governor or the Terminus residents episodes. At the same time, he revealed that following the showdown in the upcoming episode, things will undergo a sea change for him and also the other survivors.

'The Walking Dead' Season 5, Episode 8 - mid-season finale, "Coda," will air on Sunday, Nov. 30, on AMC.
