‘The Voice’ Season 7 Judges: Taylor Swift to Join the Mentor Team
Rumor has it that Taylor Swift will be a guest mentor on 'The Voice' for Season 7. While this has not yet been confirmed by the songstress, sources are saying fans can expect to see her on the show.
Recently, Taylor Swift released her new hit single, "Shake it off", accompanied by the controversial music video. Beyond that, she performed at the Video Music Awards recently to the delight of many. Now that she's being pegged with this television appearance, it's clear that the country music pop star continues to grow within the music industry.
In the previous season, the celebrity mentor was Chris Martin. This year, Taylor Swift, 24, will take his place to play the celebrity mentor role along with Adam Levine and Blake Shelton as the main coaches. Gwen Stefanie and Pharrell Williams will also be present to help the contestants to brush up their talent.
Maine News reports that Taylor Swift is pleasure to work with. She proved to be a good mentor since she gave good comments to the contestants. Taylor Swift is assigned to advise all four teams. However, as always, every team will have its own mentor. Stevie Wonder will help team Adam, Little Big Town will join team Blake, Alicia Keys will help team Williams, and Gavin Rossdale will help his wife Gwen Stefanie and her team.
Many fans believe that the show is a success, not because of the fresh talent, but because celebrity artists appear on the show.
The show will premiere on September 22 on NBC.
