'The Voice' Season 5 NBC Performance of 'O Holy Night' from Top 6 Contestants, Watch Here (VIDEO)
"The Voice" Season 5 returned to NBC last night with the live eliminations from the final Top 6 contestants.
While everyone waited out the final eliminations, there were several great performances throughout the show. One of them was a special Christmas performance of "O Holy Night" by all six remaining contestants: Cole Vosbury, Jacquie Lee, Will Champlin, Matthew Schuler, Tessanne Chin and James Wolpert.
Rarely do all of the contestants get to sing together, so it was a special moment in that as well as them doing a Christmas song. It was a nicely put together arrangement and their voices all blended extremely well. After the production staff caught heat for taking out the word "Lord" in a previous night, it was nice to see them use the words "Saviour" and "Christ". It was a great performance to get everyone into the Christmas spirit.
At the end of the night it was Matthew Schuler (Team Christina) that ended up being voted off cutting it down to the Top 5 for next week's live show.
Team Adam is currently in the drivers seat with 3 of the Top 5 contestants remaining for the season. Team Ceelo is done and Team Blake and Team Christina have 1 member each left. Anything can change at anytime, but Adam has got to be feeling good at this point.
The judges/coaches for "The Voice" Season 5 are Blake Shelton, Adam Levine, Ceelo Green and Christina Aguilera. Team Blake has won the last three seasons in a row with Team Adam winning Season 1.
Tune in to "The Voice" Monday on NBC at 8/7 Cst to see the performances from the Top 5 contestants.
