Fans of 'The Vampire Diaries' were a little surprised to see Damon (Ian Somerhalder) and Elena (Nina Dobrev) reuniting in Season 6, Episode 6 after the death of Damon in the Season 5 finale. However, the reunion was not a happy one for "Delena" fans and now they are wondering if all this will change in the upcoming seventh episode of the hit supernatural drama television series on the CW entitled "Do You Remember the First Time?"

It may be recalled here that Elena had some problems in coping with the death of Damon. In order to overcome her problems, the college vampire fell back on witchy drugs, and this was exposed she asked Alaric (Matthew Davis) to use his unusual "Original" compulsion to wipe out any good memories of Damon from her mind. Eventually, the compulsion enabled Elena to get going and meet someone new, Liam (Marco James). However, no fan had expected that Damon would return from the dead.

As expected, Damon was somewhat upset because Elena seemed to have forgotten their passionate relationship. However, when Elena finds Damon being saved by a whisker from the new vampire hunter Tripp (Colin Ferguson), she makes a decision to risk her newfound happiness with Liam and requests Alaric to help get back her memories. Nevertheless, there was a problem, and that is Alaric, who was transformed into a human again and had lost his compulsion powers.

In 'The Vampire Diaries' Season 6, Episode 7, fans will see Elena and Damon making an endeavor to reconnect and find out if the love they shared is strong enough to break the compulsion on Elena. However, it will not be something easy to do, especially because Elena is still seeing Liam. In the upcoming episode, the pair will be seen attending the annual Whitmore Medical Center Fundraiser, where, according to the promo video, Damon and Liam will run into one another quite awkwardly.

Somewhere else at the Whitmore event, Jo (Jodi Lyn O'Keefe), will speak to Alaric regarding her tragic past. In the previous episode, 'The Vampire Diaries' fans came to know that Jo was a witch.

Apart from romance, "Do You Remember the First Time?" will be dealing with a few other issues. Since Tripp was seen escaping after the accident in Episode 6, that means that the Mystic Falls crew is still facing some serious danger. While Stefan (Paul Wesley), Matt (Zach Roerig) and Enzo (Michael Malarkey) will be tasked with dealing with Tripp, the trio will need to "resort to extreme measures when Tripp withholds information about his vampire-killing operation."

At last, 'The Vampire Diaries' fans can expect to see Tyler (Michael Trevino) and Liv (Penelope Mitchell) "grow closer." Nevertheless, all eyes will be on Damon in episode 7 when he "stumbles upon a startling clue that renews his hope."

'The Vampire Diaries' Season 6, Episode 7 airs on Thursday, Nov. 13, at 8 pm EST on the CW.
