'The Vampire Diaries' Season 5 Episode 21 Spoilers, Rumors: Stefan and Elena Killed By Liv? (VIDEO TRAILER)
"The Vampire Diaries" returns on Thursday in a brand new episode where it appears Elena Gilbert and Stefan Salvatore get kidnapped by Markos after they took an impromptu ski trip to flee from The Travelers trying to kill them last week.
The newest episode is called "Promised Land," and will follow on from last week when the heroes found a way to escape the abandoned cabin after Markos and the Travellers found them hiding there. However, Elena and Stefan relationship issues are the least of their worries when they discover that witch Liv (played by Penelope Mitchell) and her brother Luke (Chris Brochu) also wants to kill them as well.
"We have to kill Stefan and Elena," said Liv to Luke in the trailer for the upcoming May 8 episode.
After Liv and Luke used their magical powers to destroy the vehicle that Elena and Stefan was driving, Liv delivered a very eerie message to Elena.
"I'm sorry but one of you needs to die," said Liv to Elena as she uses magic to keep her in pain on the street.
Previously, in last week episode "What Lies Beneath," the trio (Stefan, Damon and Elena) were living together in the abandoned cabin owned by Caroline's dad despite the fact Damon (Ian Somerhalder) and Elena (Nina Dobrev) are both uncomfortable being next to each other after their recent breakup.
Damon will make an alliance with Jeremy and Matt in order to stop Markos once and for all. Meanwhile, when Caroline realizes that her first love Tyler might be possessed by Julian forever, she tells her friend Bonnie of her drastic plan.
"You want to kill Tyler?," said Bonnie to Caroline in the video.
"He'll go to the Other Side and then, when Liv does the spell to help you and Enzo, Tyler can come back. And, speaking of, shouldn't you be like preparing or talking to Liv or doing anything other than packing up our dorm room?," said Caroline to Bonnie.
Bonnie would then make the startling revelation to Caroline that would leave her in shock.
"There is no spell. I made it up. The Other Side is collapsing and everyone in it, including me, is going away for good. So, no, I don't think you should kill Tyler."
"The Vampire Diaries" Season 5 airs Thursdays at 8/7c on The CW network. The Season finale of 'The Vampire Diaries' will air on May 15, 2014.
