Tuesday April 15 marks the return of The CW's popular drama "The Originals." The show will air tonight on The CW at 8/7c. It can also be watched via free live stream online. For spoilers from the actor who plays Jackson, as well as instructions to watch the live stream, read on.

Nathan Parsons plays Jackson no the show and he recently spoke about his role during an interview with TV Guide. Parsons described his character Jackson, and it seems like he is the type of guy who the werewolves could really use.

"Jackson is all about the protection and safety of the pack. He is a smart, level-headed guy who wants the wolves to move back into their city. He wants them all to come home," Parsons said.

Parsons also spoke about the difficult task that lies in front of his character, trying to make the vampires and werewolves play nice. A task much easier said than done.

"The grudge between the wolves and the vamps has gone on so long there's too much baggage, too much emotion and the wounds are still fresh," he said.

Parsons explains that Hayley and Elijah will be no help to Jackson in his effort to make peace with the vampires and wolves.

"Hayley gets pissed off and Elijah is very suspicious. Trying to broker peace with this bunch is a dangerous proposition!" the actor said.
