‘The Hunger Games: Mockingjay’ Part 1 Release Date, Cast Rumors: New Posters, Video Released

New poster prints for Lionsgate's Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 highlight the thrilling visual representations of each district. The production team has also released a new teaser trailer that showed President Snow (Donald Sutherland) addressing the citizens of Panem.

The new posters for the film, can be viewed on Panem's official website.

The posters show the district and its corresponding number as well as the industry that it represents. In the poster for District 10, it says, "The capitol salute its citizens in the livestock district."

Another poster from District 12 (seen above) shows a ragged little girl holding an apple, and its caption reads, "The capitol salutes its citizens in the mining district."

A new teaser also has fans excited as it continues the movie franchise's "streak of viral marketing," according to ScreenCrush. The trailer showed President Snow announcing the city of Pamen with Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark on his side. ScreenCrush also said that this teaser "actually points to a plot point to come in the movie."

Meanwhile, it is reported that Julianne Moore, Philip Seymour Hoffman and Woody Harrelson will join the series.

Moore is said to play the role of President Alma Coin, the leader of the hidden District 13.

"You don't know who she is because she's only spoken about from Katniss' point of view (in the book), and Katniss immediately distrusts her in the way that sometimes a young person will distrust an older person who's not familiar to them," Moore said.

Moore also shared a little preview on what the audience should expect of District 13.

"[It] really looks like a bomb shelter ... It's all been built hundreds of feet underground, so it can withstand any kind of attack and detection. Basically the Capitol believes they've destroyed this District and that everyone is dead, but these people have managed to kind of ekes out a living and take what little they have and bring it down there," said Moore.

The first part of "Mockingjay" is set for release on November 2.
