Ron Moss's recast in The Bold and the Beautiful takes the actor in a different direction, especially with his love life. Ridge Forrester, recently engaged to Katie, whose tragic fall from a helicopter might result in what could be the end of their anticipated wedding.

Soaps in Depth reported in its June 30^th edition, "Katie is crushed on Wednesday, June 18 when she considers that the future she planned with Ridge may not happen after all." Meanwhile, Sean Keanan's return to The B&B, shows a reunion with Hope amidst his daughter's complicated criminal status.

Keanan told Soap Central Live, "I think he's a guy that definitely has a lot of foibles. He's an ethically challenged guy. There's this little component of him that tries to adhere to this sort of strange code of honor that he's created for himself. He really does want to be a good father to his daughter, but he just can't ignore the devil that's on his shoulder."

In other news, competition for more airtime is brewing amongs cast members of The B&B. Celebrity Dirty Laundry blogged that Don Diamont is fighting for a major role, but his plans were to put to a halt when Moss was recasted as lead actor.

On the other hand, CBS' soap opera is filming this week's episodes in Paris to celebrate the show's 25 years of broadcasting in France. Scott Clifton, who plays Liam, said that The Bold and the Beautiful will feature Paris' "beautiful people designing beautiful clothes, beautiful jewelry and accessories."
