Popular soap opera "The Bold and the Beautiful" is adding a new star to their cast and reprising an old role. On June 13, Sean Kanan will play the role of Deacon Sharp on the show. What's in store for Deacon? Read on to see what executive producer Bradley Bell has to reveal.

Bradley Bell recently sat down for an interview with TV Guide where he discussed some spoilers for Deacon's story line.

"Sean is a terrific actor, and Deacon is one of our greatest characters - a guy who is all about money, power and status, and this time will be no different," Bell said.

He went on to explain how Deacon and his daughter Hope will be a focus of future episodes of "The Bold and The Beautiful."

"Deacon is also the father of our central character, Hope Logan which makes him especially valuable right now. We're going to find out that he's been going from town to town trying to get something going for himself. He eventually finds his way back to Los Angeles, ostensibly because he misses his daughter. But, as we all know, he'd sell her to the highest bidder if it served his purposes," Bradley Bell told TV Guide.

Deacon will make his much anticipated return on June 13.
