In an interview with Andy Cohen on Bravo, 'Real Housewives' star Joe Giudice apologized to his wife for getting her involved in his legal problems. The 42-year-old reality star addressed his wife Teresa and said sorry for "making her go through all this."

He also added that he tried his best to convince the judge to not punish Teresa for crimes he committed. "If I could take it all back, I would." he stated.

Teresa Giudice is charged with a 15-month sentence in prison, while Joe Guidice, is charged with 41 months of prison for fraud. Teresa will start her sentence on January 5, 2015 with Joe taking care of their kids until, she comes out.

Teresa is very much concerned about her children specially her eldest daughter Gia, who is expressive about how she feels about her parents' staggered prison time.

"She was being strong for me, I could tell. She was like, 'Mommy, don't worry about it. I'll be there. ... I'll help daddy with the [younger] girls. ... She was like, 'that'll make me a better mom that will prepare me for when I'm a mom.' I was like, 'Oh my god.' It broke my heart when she said that," Teresa confessed.

She trusts her husband on taking care of their four children Gia, 13, Gabriella, 9, Milania, 8 and Audriana, 5. "All you have to do is please take care of our daughters. That's all I ask. Please, you've got to do what I do,'" She pleaded Joe.

Joe Guidice also admitted about having drinking problems to Andy Cohen "I think I used to drink only on the weekends. Now I drink every day," he said, "But, just wine. I don't drink anything else, really. ... I could easily do two, three bottles, four bottles, easily," every night.
