'Survivor Blood vs Water' Premiere Live Stream, CBS Start Time, Spoilers: Season 29 Kicks Off With New Twists

'Survivor' Season 29 subtitled 'Blood vs. Water' is set to premiere on Wednesday, Sept. 24, at 8 pm ET on CBS. This time around the show takes viewers to Survivor San Juan Del Sur, where nine couples hit the beach for a chance at the one million dollar prize.

Fans of 'Survivor' are definitely excited to be kicking things off once again, following a fantastic season in Cagayan. 'Blood Vs Water' will surely be similar, but without the familiar faces.

CBS has already released the 'Survivor' cast preview, which allowed fans to obtain a sense of who might make it far and who might annoy them every step of the way.

In fact, producers of 'Survivor' tried to play with the idea of reinstating the Redemption Island twist this season. However, fans need not worry, as that is not going to happen and the producers have already decided to bring back Survivor Exile Island for the show's 29th season.

Although this will be the seventh appearance of the Exile Island twist for 'Survivor', the twist is getting its own spin this time. Rather than simply being sent to Exile Island, the couples or paired players will duel in a challenge. The winner will return to the camp, while the loser will leave for isolation until the next challenge.

As in earlier seasons of 'Survivor', there will be a clue to the Hidden Immunity Idol, which will be back at the actual camp site. Unlike on some occasions in the past, this time no idol will be buried on the Exile Island.

The show will comprise two tribes - Coyopa and Hunahpu, denoting "the Mayan God of Thunder" and one of the Mayan "Hero Twins," respectively.
