Stephen's farewell has officially concluded the "voting bloc" alliance in "Survivor" 2015, which means no one is safe. The question at is point is regarding the next candidate to go home.

The recent "Survivor: Second Chances" Season 31 Episode 12 saw Joe as the 12th person voted out and the 13th person who got axed from the game, according to International Business Times.

While he seemed to be an overt choice to the tribal council, Joe was also frantic to keep himself in the competition. He told Jeremy to vote Abi out instead.

Tasha also hinted Spencer and Jeremy about the alliance, formed by the ladies, which heighted the anxiety of the two. For Tasha, she wanted to keep her faith with them; but later she still believes that Joe was the smartest choice.

The episode also suggested "unknown things" that are going on in the tribal council, as Jeremy and Spencer, together with Joe and Keith, needed Tasha to axe Abi.

Following the final tally, Joe emerged to be the one who had been voted out. 

Kelley also won the reward challenge in "Survivor: Second Chances" season 31 episode 12, according to Just Jared.

In the reward challenge, the castaways had to go through an obstacle course and gather bags containing lettered puzzle pieces.

The first to accomplish the word puzzle would be rewarded an American style barbeque with his loved one, so everyone unleashed their best effort to spend some moments with their loved one. Kelley won the challenge and chose castaways Keith, Joe, Kimmi, and Abi to join the barbecue with their significant other.

During the immunity challenge, the castaways had to balance a small wooden statue on their heads using a long wooden pole and they had to add a new part to the pole every five minutes. Kelley and Keith won the immunity necklace for the girls and the boys, respectively, while Joe passed out during the challenge.
