'Supernatural' fans are gearing up for tonight's episode, entitled "Soul Survivor," which airs exclusively on the CW.

Spoilers reveal that tonight's episode of 'Supernatural' will see Sam (Jared Padalecki) attempt to free his brother Dean (Jensen Ackles) from the deadly Mark of Cain that made him into a demon in the first place, only to take in harsh words from his brother-turned-demon.

Episode 2 "Reichenbach" revealed that the "Deanmon" became more aggressive and violent as ever-all because the Mark of Cain needed to be fed. Sam tried to convince his brother that whatever happened to his brother, they'll try to fix it, only pushing back Dean even more.

Meanwhile, Sam was captured by an angry man who blames Dean for his father's death and displaces the wrath on Sam instead, while Hannah asked the help of Metatron when Castiel's grace continued to fade.

The trailer for tonight's episode titled "Soul Survivor" showed that Dean's love for Sam is gone as the two vent out hurtful words to each other as Dean's demon self gets the best of him as the Mark of Cain seems to be completely taking over the older Winchester brother.

The trailer starts when Dean and Sam are both in the Men of Letter bunker as Sam attempts to make his brother human again. However, Dean tells Sam to back off because all his efforts are just worthless.

Demon Dean further lashes out on his brother and reasons that Sam's complaining was the root of all his hatred, and even blames him for the death of their mother.

"I chose the King of Hell over you. Maybe I was just tires of babysitting you, or always having to yank your lame ass out of the fire since forever," Dean said.

"Maybe it was the fact my mother would still be alive if it wasn't for you. It's your very existence sucked the life out my life," Dean added.

Furthermore, Dean showed his dismay over how they were raised by their father, John Winchester (Jeffrey Dean Morgan).

"Here's a man who brainwashed us into wasting our lives, fighting losing battle," the demon brother taunted.

Sam replied that Dean is not the one talking to him, instead it was the demon.
