Super Smash Bros 4 Roster Update: Pacman, Palutena, and Mii Fighters Announced as New Characters at E3 Conference (PICTURES)
Nintendo unveiled three new characters for Super Smash Bros 4 in the E3 Conference today, and one of them includes classic gaming icon Pacman.
Namco's iconic character joins the fray of an already legend filled game that features Mario, Sonic, and Mega Man. The yellow dot's profile page can be seen here. It features his gameplay, attacks, and even some of his levels.
Another female character was added, Kid Icarus' Palutena. Within the game she is the Goddess of Light, and a mother figure to the series' protagonist, Pit. She has her own set of powers, and is not to be taken lightly. See her page here.
The Mii Fighters were also introduced. These characters are a series of Mii faces that appear in everyone's Wii U and in the Nintendo Miiverse. The fighters seem to all have special abilities and suits that allow them to compete with the other players. See their page here.
SSB4's 3DS release date was revealed today by Nintendo at the E3 Conference. It is expected to arrive on October 3, which is a push back from the initial July prediction.
Aside from the above mentioned characters, the other players confirmed for the game so far are: Mario, Luigi, Link, Samus, Kirby, Fox, Pikachu, Bowser, Donkey Kong, Pit, Olimar, Toon Link, Princess Peach, Sonic the Hedgehog, MegaMan, Wii Fit Trainer, Rosalina, Zelda, the Villager, King Dedede, Lucario, Little Mac, Diddy Kong, Zero Suit Samus, Greninja, Charizard, Shiek, Yoshi, and Ike.
