In today's Super Smash Bros 4 Pic of the Day, the Nintendogs level is once again featured, but this time it has cats. Also included in the picture is Princess Peach and Kid Icarus.

"Pic of the day. We have Nintendogs plus cats! How could we forget them!! Just FYI, there are about five dog breeds in this game. This was me, reporting from the 3DS-exclusive stage, Living Room," wrote game developer Masahiro Sakurai in the Nintendo Miiverse.

The image shows a 3DS screenshot of a singing Peach and a squinting Kid Icarus. In the background a cat is sitting there waiting. See the image here.

Yesterday's SSB4 Pic of the Day featured Fire Emblem's Robin is showcased using his different moves in two screenshots.

"Pic of the day. The Levin sword and tomes are Robin's life lines. The Levin sword can be activated by using smash attacks--you can even activate these moves in midair! However, just like in the original game, the Levin sword can be used only a limited number of times before it breaks, at which point it takes some time to regenerate. When the Levin sword is unavailable, Robin fights using the bronze sword," wrote game developer Masahiro Sakurai in the Nintendo Miiverse.

In the picture Robin is seen charging up his sword and swinging it around showing off its power. See the image here.

"The way Robin launches Arcfire is kind of crazy"”he or she calls down a bolt of flame from above, then launches a pillar of fire! By the way, Robin's tome changes with each special attack," Sakurai continued in the second screenshot.

Robin along with Lucina were announced on Monday as the new Fire Emblem characters who will be joining Ike and Marth.

The game's release date for the 3DS was revealed as October 3, which was a push back from its original July launch. The Wii U version is still unconfirmed, but it is anticipated for the holiday season.
