Super Smash Bros 4 director Masahiro Sakurai posted a new Pic of the Day that showcases some information about the upcoming 3DS version of the game.

In picture, Diddy Kong and Yoshi are seen squaring off against each other as an Animal Crossing assist trophy is seen standing in the middle.

"Pic of the day. The 3DS version will have roughly the same types of Assist Trophies and Pokémon. Just roughly"¦" wrote Sakurai in the Nintendo Miiverse. See the image here.

Yesterday the Female Wii Fit Trainer is seen doing some upside down exercising with Zero Suit Samus.

It is unclear what is going on in the picture, but the two women are spinning upside down as a silhouette of the trainer doing a yoga stretch is in the background. Samus also appears to have jumped into that position as her movement shadow indicates a turn mid-air.

Sakurai did not offer much help in the Nintendo Miiverse, as he posted, "Pic of the day. Ready now? Together with me!" See the picture here.

The characters confirmed for the game so far are: Mario, Luigi, Link, Samus, Kirby, Fox, Pikachu, Bowser, Donkey Kong, Pit, Olimar, Toon Link, Princess Peach, Sonic the Hedgehog, MegaMan, Wii Fit Trainer, Rosalina, Zelda, the Villager, King Dedede, Lucario, Little Mac, Diddy Kong, Zero Suit Samus, Greninja, Charizard, Shiek, and Yoshi.

The game will launch this summer for the 3DS and in the winter for the Wii U.
