Super Smash Bros 4 Pic of the Day Reveals 3DS Screenshots of Top and Bottom Layout with Mario, Link, Sonic, and Samus
In today's Super Smash Bros 4 Pic of the Day the 3DS layout of the game is showcased along with what the bottom screen will see.
"Pic of the day. Here's a first look at the bottom-screen display for the Nintendo 3DS. Your name will appear in the area above the accumulated damage. And if you tap one of the fighter displays"¦! "¦You can highlight that fighter on your screen. This is useful when you want to get back at a particular opponent. You can also highlight yourself if you need to keep better track of where you are. This is a great benefit to having your own individual screen," wrote game director Masahiro Sakurai in the Nintendo Miiverse.
The top portion of the screen features Mario, Sonic, Link, and Samus all standing in a formation. The bottom screen shows the four fighter's individual position and HP percentage in columns. This is how gamers will keep track of their players and their opponents. See the picture here.
