Super Smash Bros 4's latest Pic of the Day features Mega Man trying to escape from Bullet Bill until he sees an old friend pop up on the screen.

The first picture shows Bullet Bill on a straight line toward the Blue Bomber. Mega Man seems to be either trying to dodge out of the way or gearing up for a punch. See the picture here.

"Pic of the day. Bullet Bill here is an item. Can you guess what happens when you use it?" wrote game developer Masahiro Sakurai in the Nintendo Miiverse.

In the second picture it seems Mega Man deflected Bullet Bill, who has now grown to about 5x the size he was before and is heading straight toward Luigi on another platform. See the picture here.

"Answer: You turn into Bullet Bill and go full speed ahead!" wrote Sakurai.

Yesterday's Pic of the Day featured a Trophy that many people were hoping was a character in the game - Wonder Red from the Wonderful 101.

"Pic of the day. Fight! The Wonderful 100!! We also made trophies of some of the other Wonderful Ones," wrote game developer Masahiro Sakurai in the Nintendo Miiverse.

The picture is just a straight shot of Wonder Red on the base stand. Many commenters are crossing their fingers and hoping he can still appear as an active Assist Trophy. See the image here.

Also, a it appears Sakurai messed up and wrote the Wonderful 100. It is unclear if it was intentional or not, but it seems like a simple typo.

The characters that are confirmed for the game so far are: Mario, Luigi, Link, Samus, Kirby, Fox, Pikachu, Bowser, Donkey Kong, Pit, Olimar, Toon Link, Princess Peach, Sonic the Hedgehog, MegaMan, Wii Fit Trainer, Rosalina, Zelda, the Villager, King Dedede, Lucario, Little Mac, Diddy Kong, Zero Suit Samus, Greninja, Charizard, Shiek, and Yoshi.

The game will launch this summer for the 3DS and in the winter for the Wii U.
