Super Bowl XLVIII: Bruno Mars to be the Music Headliner at 2014 Super Bowl XLVIII

The upcoming Super Bowl XLVIII will be on Sunday, February 2, 2014. I don't about my readers, but when I hear the words Super Bowl I immediately think beer, commercials, and half-time performances! The 2014 Super Bowl will be taking place at the Metlife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey and will be making their decision on who will be next year's headliner this coming Sunday, September 8, 2013.

The Associated Press and The Los Angeles Times are speculating that singer Bruno Mars could be next year's contender! Mars' most recent No. 1 hit was When I was Your Man. Mars recently won "Best Male Video and Choreography" at the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards, for his song Treasure.

Some former big names who have previously performed at the Super Bowl are Beyonce, Madonna, Black Eyed Peas, Usher, M.I.A, Janet Jackson and Justin Timberlake.
