Even before 'Suits' closes out its fourth season, a recent report has confirmed that the popular TV series has been renewed for a Season 5.

The show has been given a green light for its next installment because of the great ratings and viewership it has received.

According to USA Network President Chris McCumber, the show has gained approximately 1.6 million viewers in the 18-40 demographic. However, there has been a slight drop in rating after the second season, but the network does not believe it's enough to warrant a cancellation.

As it stands, Season 5 is set to contain a total of 16 episodes, and is expected to be more dramatic. Rumors concerning the release date for the next season lean toward the Summer of 2015.

Meanwhile, Season 4 spoilers have emerged that reveal some serious tension between a few of the show's characters. After working as an investment banker, Mike Ross is said to return to the firm and practice as a fraud lawyer again. This will mark the start of a heavy conflict with Harvey, however, rumors say a face-off between the two will be short-lived.
