Electronic Arts (EA) recently showcased the trailer of Star Wars Battlefront 3, the latest edition of its popular game series Star War: Battlefront, at the recently concluded Electronics Entertainment Expo (E3) in San Francisco. However, the game developer withheld the release date of the game saying that further details would be made available in Spring 2015.

The video shown at the E3 press conference offered a general idea regarding the upcoming game's new features. The trailer, leads interested parties into believing that the game will be a monumental addition to the series. The enhanced storyline and visuals prove that the research conducted by the EA team has been successful. The new game's playable environment will offer a different feel than pervious renditions, and the technology utilized to develop Star Wars Battlefront 3, provides the proper mechanics to support it.

Since a long time has passed since EA released the previous edition of the game, fans are especially eager to recieve the latest updates for the new title. However, fans understand that EA will need more time to develop the new installment in order to prevent a big flop, much like their recent Star Wars: The Old Republic game.

Although EA has released some of the footage for Star Wars Battlefront 3, that does not mean the game is not subject to change. In fact, we are still not sure whether the footage shown at the San Francisco event earlier this month will be incorporated in the game. Initially EA planned to release Star Wars Battlefront 3 together with Star Wars: Episode 7 film. However, this did not materialize and the company opted for a different plan of action.

After all is said and done, it is expected that Star Wars Battlefront 3 will be appreciated by the fans and become be a major hit, as EA is leaving no stone unturned to offer the best in every aspect of the game. We are aware that EA is committed to offering superior quality games and this time around will hopefully hold that statement true.

Sadly, fans will have to wait quite a bit before the can enjoy the game, as it is believed that Star Wars Battlefront 3 will be released sometime in 2016.
