‘Star Wars 7’ Rumors & Plot Spoilers: Lucasfilm Shooting Locations; Story Returns to Planet Endor [VIDEO]

While Star Wars: Episode VII is in the midst of its filming process, details about the shoots' whereabouts are being kept from the public. However, a recent leak has disclosed that planet Endor or Dagobah will be shot in Puzzlewood, an ancient woodland site, near Coleford in the Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire, England.

Daily Mail UK reported that Gloucestershire is now filled with production vans which are believed to be preparing to film in the Forest of Dean. The crew tried its best not to disclose its purpose, but fans and locals have had their glimpse of the film's developments.

Meanwhile, Bad Robot confirms that Star Wars: Episode VII will be shot and released in IMAX. Currently, the film is set on the sandy dunes of Abu Dhabi. This, according to Bad Robot's tweet, is going to portray the world of Tattooine.

Star Wars: Episode VII will be shown in cinemas worldwide on December 18, 2015. It will be the 40th anniversary since the film was first shown in 1970 with Harrison Ford, Mark Hamill, and Carrie Fisher. It also stars Anthony Daniels, Peter Mayhew, and Kenny Baker as R2D2 together with John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Andy Serkis, Domhnall Gleeson, Max von Sydow, Lupita Nyong'o, and Gwendoline Christie.
