Star Wars 7 Cast Latest News: WWE's Sheamus to Be Darth Vader?
'Star Wars: Episode VII' has a long way to go until its cinema premiere on December 18, 2015. However, rumors about the story's plot have become rampant and fans have become ecstatic about the actors said to be part of the cast.
Rumors about the WWE champion Sheamus joining the cast as Darth Vader is an actual possibility, and recently, the wrestler posed a photo of a light saber on his Instagram account.
Sheamus was also recently spotted in Ireland where the film is said to be shooting some of its scenes. The wrestler did not confirm the role as Darth Vader, but he did released a statement on his Twitter account saying "I can't confirm that I won't not be reprising role of Darth Vader in #StarWars ... I hope that's clear @IrishMirror." Sheamus said in response to the allegations by the Irish Mirror.
So far, the offical 'Star Wars Episode 7' main cast list includes Harrison Ford who will play Han Solo, Mark Hamill as Luke Skywalker, Carrie Fisher as Leia, Peter Mayhew as Chewbacca, Anthony Daniels as C-3PO, and Kenny Baker as R2-D2.
Speaking of Ford, as he was recently airlifted last June because of a broken leg, was noted to be looking healthy in his appearance at the Los Angeles premiere of 'Expendables 3'. So that can only mean that Han Solo is all set to finish his scenes in the movie.
Other cast members that have been confirmed include Lupita Nyong'o, Andy Serkis, Domhnall Gleeson, Oscar Isaac, Adam Driver, Max von Sydow, John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Pip Andersen, Crystal Clarke, Dixie Arnold, and Roman Bloodworth.
Also, British actor Christina Chong who appeared in 'Doctor Who', and 'Black Mirror' will also play a supporting role in the seventh episode of the Star Wars franchise film series.
