'Star War Rebels' Premiere Date, Spoilers: Weekly TV Series Airs October 26 on ABC

'Star Wars Rebels', which boasts of more than 6.5 million viewers, will premiere on ABC this October. The show promises its viewers an adventure in the Star Wars Universe with a few familiar faces like Hera, Kanan, Zeb, Ezra and Sabine.

The voices of the 'Star Wars Rebels' weekly show includes Vanessa Marshall as Hera, Freddie Prinze Jr. as Kanan, Steve Blum as Zeb, Taylor Grey as Ezra, Tiya Sircar as Sabine, Jason Isaacs as The Inquisitor and David Oyelowo as Agent Kallus.

The weekly TV show revolves around the story of Kanan, Jedi, Hera and Zeb, who make up the group of members who meet new villains as they plan to become rebels, but due to circumstances, become heroes in the end.

Co-creator of the 'Star Wars Rebels' series, Simon Kinberg has indicated that the series has a connection not only to the earlier 'Star Wars' films, but also to Episode VII of Star Wars. This was proven true when "Droids in Distress" helped to plan a rebellion against the Galactic Empire.

The premiere episode opened with the rebels trying to figure out how to fly. Kanan suggested seeking help from Cikatro Vizago, the Lothal Crime Lord, but Zeb has his reservations.

With the initial episode of the TV series already premiered on Disney, fans await the second exciting episode of 'Star Wars Rebels' which is aired every Monday at 9 pm EDT/EST on Disney XD.
