Stacie Halas, aka Tiffany Six, is a 32-year old science teacher with a porn star past who lost her appeal to the return to the classroom. After being discovered by students and teachers at Haydock Intermediate School in Oxnard, California March she was forced on administrative leave in March.

Judge Julie Cabos-Owen stated:

"Although [Halas'] pornography career has concluded, the ongoing availability of her pornographic materials on the internet will continue to impede her from being an effective teacher and respected colleague," in the 46 page decision by the Commission on Professional Competence, according to the Associated Press.

After seeing in one of the X-Rated videos Halas role-playing as a teacher, former vice principal Wayne Saddler testifies Halas should no longer be allowed to teach. He felt Halas could no longer maintain the respect of her co-workers and could no longer serve as a positive, effective role model for children once the videos were made public.

Oxnard Unified School District spokesman, Thomas DeLapp told CBS Los Angeles in October of the school's reaction. "We even had kids who were referring to her as her stage name [Tiffany Six] in class, from catcalls in the back."

Most likely out of embarrassment of her questionable past, Stacie Halas lied to school officials when asked about her previous porn career. In part the school justifies the firing because of Halas's continual deceitfulness. Halas's attorney, Richard Schwab defends her as a victim.

"I think she's [Halas] representative of a lot of people who may have a past that may not involve anything illegal or anything that hurts anybody," he said Tuesday. "Miss Halas is more than just an individual fighting for her job as a teacher."
