Tonight the San Antonio Spurs will be traveling for the first time in the regular season to the Los Angeles Staple Center to take on the depleting Lakers.

Both teams are entering the game under bad circumstances. Kobe Bryant is still out with an Achilles injury and Tim Duncan will be sitting out this one due to suffering a chest contusion against the Memphis Grizzles on Wednesday night. Good news is that Duncan underwent a CT scan that showed he had no fractures.

This will be the first time since 1996 that the Lakers and Spurs have played against one another without the help of Bryant or Duncan.
