'Sin City: Dame to Kill For' Spoilers, Plot: Hartigan to Commit Suicide?
The comic book film adaptations by Frank Miller reach new heights with the Sin City: A Dame to Kill For releasing this August. The storyline of this flick happens before, during, and after its predecessor part one that was released in 2005.
'A Dame to Kill For', a graphic novel by Miller, is the basis for the film in terms of its plot.
However, extra layers and segments will be added to feature a multi-storyline aspect within the movie.
"Enter Dwight McCarthy, a clean-living photographer who tries to avoid trouble because he knows what he's capable of. His tactics don't do him much good when a girl from his past (who he can't say no to) shows up and professes her love for him. When he finds out she's in way over her head, it looks as though trouble has found him. What's going to happen? You guessed it: people get hurt." reads the official synopsis.
Rumors show that the new story will be Nancy-centered, after Hartigan commits suicide, which will keep her away from Senator Roark. Since there is no chronological order followed in the movie, the movie cannot be a rightful sequel or prequel.
Ava begs Dwight to rescue him from her cruel husband to inherit his fortune, but the drama turns out to be a trap set by her. After Ava shoots Dwight in the face, he gets a new face from his plastic surgeons and try to take revenge upon Ava, teaming up with Old Town's ninja protector Miho.
