Sims 4 News, Rumors, Updates: Fall Release Likely; More Features on E3 2014
The date is not official yet, but EA, producer of the famed Sims Series, confirms that the game will arrive Fall of 2014.
Executive Producer Rachel Franklin revealed that Sims 4 will be featured at the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) in Los Angeles on from June 10 to 12. The newest EA lifestyle simulation game has "so much to show" and is claimed as way better than its predecessor.
Sims 4 is packaged to let users build desired homes and other interesting building setups in more interactive environments.
The fourth installation of EA's simulation game is claimed to be way better than its predecessor, Sims 3, with features for emotional and intellectual intelligence of the characters. Sims 4's dynamic gameplay allows players to have control over the Sims' heart, mind, and body.
"For example, if a Sim is angry, they might not socialize or could engage into fights. They will also tell players that they are sad or depressed, which will affect the gameplay," states published details about the game written on the Sims 4 website. The goal is to bring the game closer to real life and transform the whole world into a more believable one.
Sims players will also experience significant changes in the creation of each character's physical attributes. Templates are available with default skin and bone structures, but users have the capability to specific areas in the body as desired.
Character customization also includes types of walk, expanded wardrobe, and more options for attitudes. Rumor has it that Sims 4 will also be featuring external communities for enhanced interactions.
Sims 4 will be available both on Mac and PC.
